Because we sell consumable hemp-derived products, we are unable to resell any items that have left our facility. This is standard practice across the industry to ensure product safety, quality, and compliance.

Shipping Policy & Delivery Times
At Gold Canna, we strive to provide you with the best possible shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy and delivery information below:
Business Hours Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time Zone (PT). Shipping cut off time is 1pm for orders to be shipped the same business day (only if there is a lower processing time - this is not guaranteed). We are closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed during this time will be processed on the next available business day.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the time they are placed. Please note that processing time is not included in the shipping time. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected.
Shipping Methods
- Non bulk items: Non-Bulk items are defined as flower quantities under 28 grams, gummies, prerolls, and concentrates. Multiples of flower of 28 grams or less are defined as non-bulk. These can be shipped via either USPS or UPS. USPS shipping options are priority only at a flat-rate shipping cost. UPS shipping costs determined based on weight and delivery location.
- WE DO NOT OFFER GROUND SHIPPING OPTIONS this is to limit exposure to the elements such as heat and excessive handling in shipping.
- PLEASE NOTE: USPS shipping is frequently delayed and tracking is inconsistently updated. We recommend UPS shipping for more reliable delivery dates and tracking. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by UPS and USPS and are not guaranteed.

UPS (Select Shipping Speed) Cost by Weight and Location
- Bulk Products: Orders containing bulk products will be shipped exclusively via UPS. A signature from an adult is required for delivery of bulk flower items. Shipping costs for bulk products are also determined by weight and location. Bulk items are ¼ pound, ½ pounds, 1 pound, and prerolls. Multiples of 28 grams or less quantities that add up to ¼ pound do not apply to Bulk.

Shipping Costs Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Times Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by UPS and USPS and are not guaranteed. Typically:
- USPS: 3-7 business days
- UPS: 1-5 business days (based on the delivery location)
While we make every effort to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the situation with a replacement or other appropriate solution.
Lost or Stolen Packages Goldcanna.com is not responsible for packages that are marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received. We recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim. We're happy to assist you in that process if needed.

Carrier Responsibility Please note that UPS is a third-party carrier. Once your package is in their possession, we have no control over shipping times, transit delays, weather disruptions, labor strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery.
No Refunds for Carrier Delays We do not issue refunds, credits, or replacements due to delivery delays caused by UPS. This includes, but is not limited to: weather conditions, mechanical issues, incorrect routing by UPS, peak-season delays, or any other UPS-related interruptions outside of our control.
Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not liable for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
- We ship orders only to the original address provided at checkout.
- If a customer changes the shipping address after the order has shipped — including redirecting the package to a UPS Access Point, UPS Store, or alternate address — we are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or delays that occur as a result.
- Our shipping coverage applies only to the original address entered during checkout.
Transit & Delivery Coverage
- We are responsible for packages only while they are in transit.
- Once a carrier (such as UPS or USPS) marks a package as “Delivered”, our liability for loss, theft, or damage ends.
Shipping Insurance via Route Customers have the option to add shipping insurance through Route at checkout. We highly encourage all customers to add Route package protection, as it provides coverage for loss, theft, or damage that may occur after delivery.
Please note that Route does not guarantee full coverage for all claims. Route reviews each claim individually and provides compensation only for orders deemed eligible under their terms.
If you purchased Route protection, you can file a claim directly with Route for assistance with a replacement or refund.
Returned Packages Policy If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, it will be handled according to the circumstances below.
Customer-Provided Address Errors Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any costs associated with reshipment.
We ship to the address exactly as entered by the customer at checkout. We are not responsible for address errors caused by autofill, customer device settings, or incomplete information provided during checkout.
Once the returned package arrives at our facility, we will contact the customer to confirm whether they prefer to have the order reshipped or refunded.
- If the customer chooses a reshipment: The customer must verify their updated shipping address and pay the new shipping cost before the order is resent.
- If the customer chooses a refund: The refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and a 10% processing fee, as returned items cannot be resold due to the nature of our products.
For health, safety, and compliance reasons, we cannot resell any returned product, regardless of condition.
Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries If a package is unclaimed or refused upon delivery and returned to us, we will issue a refund for the order amount minus the original shipping cost and a 10% processing fee.
Because of the nature of our products, returned items cannot be resold and must be disposed of, which this fee helps cover.
If you prefer to have the order reshipped instead, we are happy to do so once the new shipping cost is paid and the address is confirmed.
Carrier or Fulfillment Errors If a return occurs due to an error on our end—such as an incorrect shipping label or carrier mishandling—we will reship your order at no additional cost to you.
