Because we sell consumable hemp-derived products, we are unable to resell any items that have left our facility. This is standard practice across the industry to ensure product safety, quality, and compliance.

Business Hours

Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time Zone (PT). Shipping cut off time is 1pm for orders to be shipped the same business day (only if there is a lower processing time – this is not guaranteed). We are closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed during this time will be processed on the next available business day.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the time they are placed. Please note that processing time is not included in the shipping time. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected.

Shipping Costs

Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

While we make every effort to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the situation with a replacement or other appropriate solution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Goldcanna.org is not responsible for packages that are marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received. We recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim. We’re happy to assist you in that process if needed.

Carrier Responsibility

Please note that UPS is a third-party carrier. Once your package is in their possession, we have no control over shipping times, transit delays, weather disruptions, labor strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery.

No Refunds for Carrier Delays

We do not issue refunds, credits, or replacements due to delivery delays caused by UPS. This includes, but is not limited to:

Returned Packages Policy

If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, it will be handled according to the circumstances below.

Customer-Provided Address Errors

Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any costs associated with reshipment.

We ship to the address exactly as entered by the customer at checkout. We are not responsible for address errors caused by autofill, customer device settings, or incomplete information provided during checkout.

Once the returned package arrives at our facility, we will contact the customer to confirm whether they prefer to have the order reshipped or refunded.

For health, safety, and compliance reasons, we cannot resell any returned product, regardless of condition.

Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries

If a package is unclaimed or refused upon delivery and returned to us, we will issue a refund for the order amount minus the original shipping cost and a 10% processing fee.
Because of the nature of our products, returned items cannot be resold and must be disposed of, which this fee helps cover. 

For health, safety, and compliance reasons, we cannot resell any returned product, regardless of condition.

If you prefer to have the order reshipped instead, we are happy to do so once the new shipping cost is paid and the address is confirmed.

Carrier or Fulfillment Errors

If a return occurs due to an error on our end—such as an incorrect shipping label or carrier mishandling—we will reship your order at no additional cost to you.
